1. Who we are

KOPKO Polishing does epoxy flooring and concrete polishing from Palatine, Illinois. This website and the text messages described below are operated by KOPKO Polishing, Palatine, Illinois.

This policy explains what information we collect and what we do with it when you use this website, contact us, or get text messages and emails from us.

2. What we collect

• What you give us: your name, phone number, email, town or ZIP code, details about your project, and any photos you send.
• What we receive when you text or call us: your phone number, your messages and photos, and the time of the call or text.
• Technical data when you send our estimate form: your IP address and browser type. We use it to block spam and to keep a record of your consent if you ask us to text you.

Photos you send with a quote request are used only to prepare your estimate and are never published.

To keep spam out of the estimate form, it uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a check that runs in your browser when you open the form. Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address and browser details for this check, under its Turnstile privacy notice.

This website uses no advertising cookies and no analytics. If we ever turn analytics on, we will update this section first.

3. How we use it

We use your information to:

• reply to your request and prepare your estimate;
• schedule and do the work;
• send you updates about your project, invoices and receipts;
• keep the records the law requires;
• prevent spam and abuse.

4. Text messages

If you agree to get texts from us, we text you about your estimate, appointments and schedule changes, prep and care instructions, invoices and payment receipts, and requests to review our work. We don’t send marketing texts.

Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out.

We keep your number private: mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

5. Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run the business (website and CRM hosting, email and text-message delivery, and payment processing), only as much as they need to provide their service, and when the law requires it. We don’t sell your personal information.

All of the above excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

6. How long we keep it and how we protect it

We keep your information while we need it for your job and for the business and tax records the law requires. Our systems are protected by passwords and limited staff access, and our backups are encrypted.

7. Your choices

• Stop texts at any time: reply STOP to any text from us.

8. Children

This website and our services are not directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them.
