The basics
About Concrete Grinding & Repair
Most failed floors fail because of bad prep. We use heavy planetary grinders with diamond tooling to open up the concrete, so a new coating can grip.
We also take off old paint, epoxy and glue, and fill cracks and pits.
Good for
- Prep before epoxy or polish
- Removing old coatings, paint or glue
- Crack and pit repair
- Flattening rough or uneven spots
Less dust
Our grinders run with industrial dust extraction, not a rented buffer.

Questions
Concrete Grinding & Repair: Questions
Do I need grinding before a coating?
Yes. Grinding is what lets a coating bond. Acid etching or a quick scrub is not the same.
Can you remove old epoxy or paint?
Yes. Our grinders take off old coatings, paint and many glues.
Is it dusty?
We run dust extraction on our grinders, which keeps dust way down.
