The basics
About Polished Concrete
Polished concrete is not a coating. We grind the slab with diamond tools in steps, then polish it to the shine you pick. The floor itself becomes the finish.
Most polishing companies only do big commercial jobs. We also polish homes, garages and small businesses.
Good for
- Warehouses and shops
- Showrooms and offices
- Homes, basements and garages
- Floors that see heavy traffic
Pick your shine
From a soft satin to a high gloss. We will show you what each level looks like on your slab.

Questions
Polished Concrete: Questions
Is polished concrete slippery?
A clean, dry polished floor is usually not slippery. Spills and dust make any smooth floor slick, so keep it clean.
Can you polish my house or garage floor?
Yes. We polish homes and garages, not only warehouses.
How do I clean it?
Sweep or dust-mop, and wash with water and a neutral cleaner. No waxing.
Polished concrete or epoxy?
Polished concrete has nothing to peel. Epoxy adds color and hides stains. We will tell you which fits your slab.
Ready for a better floor?
Send a few photos and the rough size. It's free, and there is no pressure. Or call (847) 957-7675.
